Warranty Service Policy

Warranty Period

The warranty start date is based on the date on the valid proof of purchase, and a valid proof of purchase is required for the warranty, please apply for the warranty within the specified validity period after the purchase.

  • 1.Offline purchases: the warranty period starts from the date of purchase (bill) or the date of shipment.
  • 2.Online purchase: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (sales record).
  • 3.If a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated based on the serial number barcode on the product.
  • 4.Warranty period of each PCCooler product is different. For more information, please refer to each Product Warranty Detail and the official website of PCCooler, user manuals, product packaging or consult your dealer. If the warranty period is inconsistent, the longer warranty period shall prevail.

Description of warranty conditions

The warranty is not unconditional within the warranty period. If PCCooler finds a product fails within the warranty period, PCCooler will, at its discretion, repair or replace it with a product of equal or greater value (subject to availability). Any replacement parts will become the property of PCCooler. The warranty does not apply to the software components of the product or to damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, use not in accordance with the product specifications and instructions, natural catastrophe, or intentional, unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.

The warranty DOES NOT cover the following conditions:

  • 1.Any damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
  • 2.Any environment or use of the product that PCCooler deems inappropriate.
  • 3.Any product that has been modified without the official permission or authorization of PCCooler, and any product which serial number or warranty label has been defaced, altered, or removed.
  • 4.Damage, deterioration or malfunction due to accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, fire, water, lightning, other acts of natural catastrophe, electrical surges, commercial or industrial usage, unauthorized modification of the product or not following the instructions of the product.
  • 5.Third-party products using PCCooler components are not covered under PCCooler’s warranty. Please contact the supplier or manufacturer warranty for information.
  • 6.Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by PCCooler.
  • 7.Any transportation damage (reimbursement claims must be filed at the carrier).
  • 8.PCCooler does not offer warranty on demo samples and opened box items.
  • 9.Unauthorized repair of PCCooler products will void the warranty provided by the Warranty Policy. PCCooler reserves the right to reject warranty of products that have been altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than PCCooler service personnel.
  • 10.PCCooler does not guarantee that our products will 100% meet the customer's demand. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their own judgment and determine the suitability of this product.
  • 11.Removal or installation costs.
  • 12.The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to the designated PCCooler service location. PCCooler bears the transportation costs to return the product to the customer.
  • 13.PCCooler reserves the right to replace Products with Service Offerings at any time in its sole discretion.

Warranty Coverage

  • 1.The outer box remains intact, but the product is broken or deformed (you shall provide pictures of the product's outer box, SN code, and product anomalies).
  • 2.The outer box is damaged or deformed and the product is damaged or deformed, , please reject the goods or mark the damage condition and the number of damaged goods when signing the receipt of goods. If the damage of goods is not found in time, you must submit ticket to PCCooler relevant personnel and attached photos to support the evidence within three days from the date of receipt of goods.
  • 3.If the outer box is damaged or deformed but the product is good, please reject the goods or mark the damage condition and the number of damaged goods when signing the receipt of goods.   • 4.In the event of a product malfunction, you should describe the problem point or provide photographs to PCCooler, and PCCooler will determine and decide the final solution.
  • 5.All defective products shall be returned to the designated PCCooler site, afterwards, PCCooler would provide warranty. In specific circumstances confirmed by PCCooler, you may not return the defective product, such as: accessories, deformation, damage confirmedly caused by transportation, etc. PCCooler has the right to request for defective product photos.
  • 6.If the package is damaged due to transportation, PCCooler will provide new package to the client; if the product main part is damaged due to transportation, PCCooler will provide new product or new accessories to the client, but the client should provide the bottom copy of the towing bill at the time of receipt of the goods as well as photos of the damage as supporting evidence.
  • 7.All returned products shall be well protected, while the outer box shall be clearly labeled.
  • 8.Regarding obsolete and discontinued products, PCCooler will, at its sole discretion, replace the obsolete or discontinued product with a functionally similar product.
  • 9.Samples, prizes or gifts provided are non-transferable and carry a 1-year warranty.
  • 10.All return requests must provide an 'RMA Request Form' to the Sales Department before the product is returned to PCCooler, and the returned return list must have detailed description of the defects.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • 1.Products exceeded warranty period are not covered by warranty.
  • 2.After the product has been used, there will be no free warranty for defective appearance or function caused by improper operation (e.g.: breakage, dent breakage, scratches, water ingress or immersion of the product in liquids, etc.).
  • 3.Products with disassembly and maintenance by the user, without the permission of PCCooler.
  • 4.After the product is returned and tested as NDF, PCCooler will not provide warranty for this NDF item and will return the original item in its original condition, and the purchasing user will be responsible for all shipping charges (including shipping charges for the return of the product to PCCooler).

Reimbursable Maintenance

For products exceeded warranty period and needs to be repaired, the user will have to pay for the repair related costs and shipping costs.

Handling Of Counterfeit Goods

After the PCCooler to determine the product is a fake, then no warranty shall be provided at all, and fake products will not be returned, will be handed over to the administration of the Trade and Industry Bureau to proceed with and hold accountables.

Disclaimer

PCCooler' sole obligation and liability under the warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product at our option. In no event shall PCCooler be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service, loss of data, and loss of business) and liabilities in tort relating to or arising out of the use or possession of this product. Except for the warranty obligations set forth in this Warranty, PCCooler expressly disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or product quality for a particular purpose.

  • 1.In some jurisdictions, the law does not allow the exclusion of default warranties, limitations on the duration of default warranties or limitations on the disclaimer of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so you may not be covered by the above limitations and disclaimers.
  • 2.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PCCooler's cumulative damages for all liabilities, obligations, or claims (e.g., more than two claims or claims for damages) relating to products covered by the Basic Warranty Policy shall not exceed the amount paid by the original purchaser for the goods purchased.
  • 3.In no event shall PCCooler be liable for any indirect, additional, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product or the application of the warranty policy, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of manufacture, or costs incurred as a result of the use of damaged or replacement parts or services.
  • 4.No overclocking distributor is authorized to make any changes, extensions or additions to this policy.

RMA Process

For all purchasers, within the warranty period, please contact the original seller, the original seller shall provide RMA service for the purchaser if the product needs to be returned for maintenance, the original seller will give priority to notify the corresponding dealer to handle the product maintenance service, please notify the purchaser to follow the pipeline to facilitate the proximity of the service general after-sales service rules are as follows.

RMA Return Statute of Limitations

PCCooler's RMA return time limit to PCCooler of the time to sign for the delivery of time, the normal RMA parts shall be proceeded within 15 days with return logistics arrangements. In case of the following circumstances, the actual negotiated time limit shall prevail:
